Rene Leon, MD

Dr. Rene Leon has practiced at Texas Regional Asthma, Allergy & Immunology since 1995, gaining extensive clinical experience across the spectrum of allergic and immune system diseases.

Ali Shakouri, MD

Dr. Shakouri grew up in DFW and attended Southern Methodist University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2002 with a degree in biological sciences with academic distinction.

Ernesto Ruiz-Huidobro, MD

Dr. Ernesto Ruiz-Huidobro is an allergist-immunologist in Southlake, Texas, who earned his medical degree from Cayetano Heredia University and has practiced over 20 years in practice.

Jesse Astorga, MPAS, PA-C

Jesse Astorga is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined the Center in 2025 after a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from LSU in 2020, Health Science.
